What is the Enneagram?
There are many ways to "define" or talk about the Enneagram. I'll give the definition coined by my Coaching Partner, Damara Miller and I below.
"The Enneagram is a psycho-spiritual framework which gives us the tools for shedding the restrictive personality by discerning the true and original self from the false and adaptive self - allowing our Original Essence to emerge."
I also love Ian Cron's Description of the Enneagram below.
"The Enneagram teaches that there are nine different personality styles in the world, one of which we naturally gravitate toward and adopt in childhood to cope and feel safe. Each type or number has a distinct way of seeing the world and an underlying motivation that powerfully influences how that type thinks, feels, and behaves.”

How do I find my Enneagram type?
There are several ways to discover your type, I'll list below a few options:
Check out my business partner and I's website at Enneagram Us to learn how to discover your type.
Reading Books - I've found that reading books is the best way to find your type. I suggest people start with Ian Morgan Cron's book, The Road Back to You.
Take an Assessment online - the best one I've seen can be found at www.enneagraminstitute.com although there is a $12 fee.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between client and coach that helps the client establish and then achieve tangible goals in a particular area of their life.
At its core, coaching is based on the fundamental assumption that every person is created in the image of God and is inherently resourceful and creative; honoring the client as the expert of her/his life. Through the coaching process, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life
Coaching is not...
Counseling, consulting or mentoring
Only for executives or professionals
Advice-lending or “hand-holding” accountability
A “friend for hire”
A substitute for mental health, legal or other professional treatment/services

The best part is that you decide if coaching is right for you! Signing up for a Consultation Session means there are no strings attached!
