Get to Know Me
As a Personal Development Coach, helping my clients achieve their goals is a passion of mine. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in the Enneagram and use this key tool as a framework in creating personalized plans that move you toward embracing the unique person you were designed to be.
I currently live in Menlo Park with my wonderful husband, Sawyer, and a baby boy on the way (due in September, 2019). I graduated from Westmont College with a BA in Communication Studies and am also a graduate from Western Seminary in their Certificate in Transformational Coaching Program (CTC). I'm also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In addition to Coaching and Teaching Enneagram workshops, I also work with Western Seminary's San Jose Campus as a Coaching Coordinator for the CTC Program. When I'm not immersed in the Coaching world, you'll find me either walking with Sawyer or a close friend, baking, reading, or hosting friends and family around our table.
